1. I just transplanted my 6 tomato plants outside a few days ago, and the wind broke all but one of them yesterday. I don’t know if they will grow back out or if I’ll have to start over with new ones.
2. I am sick to death of reading stories like this. And this. And this. And this. People are fucking monsters.
3. The temperature for Saturday keeps inching up. We’re up to 82 now. Yeah, I think it’s safe to say I can kiss a PR goodbye at this point!
#2…I cannot look at these…brakes my heart. I have a dog she is like a child to me, yes I love my boys more then I love her but still I love her a whole lot. I got in a fight with my neighnors when we first moved in our house because they have 3 beautiful dogs and they leave them outside in all kinds of weather, extreme heat (110), storm, cold, you name it. they bark all the time of course. that makes me so mad, why do they have dogs then?
anyway…must calm down now!!!

I don't know what to do about the weather at all. It's totally schizo lately.
Do you do tomatoes from seed every year? I'm trying a garden this year for the first time. We'll see how it goes.

Pam, I'm so sorry about your little tomato babies : ( My hubby is the plant man, wish I had some answers for you.
Hope that Saturday is stellar for you, PR or not!

82! I'm having Chicago flashbacks…keeping my fingers crossed that the weather reports are WRONG. And if they aren't, just run smart. I hope you have a great time!

So sad about your tomatoes. We can't even think about doing that until the middle of May. And it's 32 degrees and snowing here so I can't even imagine 82. I hope it turns out good for you! Drink lots before the race as well as during and make sure to get enough salt in you during the race as well! Good luck!

Well you're certainly not going to PR with that attitude! Pull it together Pam!

the sad thing is that they don't do nearly enough to people who do that to pets. Crazy
